ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT

We handle all aspects related to the financial needs of the association, from owner database, to maintenance of proper monthly financial statements, to year-end tax preparations.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

The management fee is 10% of each unit. Our contract will detail how the fee is being accounted for by our clients.

  • Do I really need a property management company?

    Yes. Regardless of the size of your property it is always prudent to ensure the management of your investment to professionals. Urban City Management LLC can take care of every aspect of managing your property including rent collection, marketing, repairs and maintenance.

  • Do you check on tenants and on-site management?

    Yes, Urban City Management LLC performs both scheduled and unscheduled property, management and tenant inspections to ensure that your property is well taken care of, and that tenants are not violating their rental agreements.

  • How and when do I get my checks?

    After the tenant pays their rent and your property expenses are deducted we will send you a monthly check.
